How do I earn cash rewards?

You earn up to 1% cash rewards on every purchase you make using your CFC MasterCard during 12 months period starting November of each year. You should maintain a revolving balance of at least 50% of your outstanding balance. Your accumulated cash rewards will show on your monthly statement.

When do I get my cash rewards?

You get your cash rewards once per year in December. The accumulated reward amount will be credited to your account.

Can I get a supplementary card for a family member/friend?

Yes, call our Customer Care Representatives at 01-371102. Supplementary cards allow you to share all the benefits and services of your card with family and/or friends. What is more, supplementary cards can earn up to 1% cash rewards.

Can I access cash with my credit card?

Yes, you can get cash at over 900,000 ATMs worldwide with your card's Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you don't know your PIN, call our Customer Care Representatives at 01-371102. You can withdraw up to 50% of your credit card limit.

How do I report a lost or stolen card?

Call us immediately at 01-371102 during working hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday) or after working hours at 01-738800. We will block your card instantly and issue a replacement one free of charge.

How do I manage my account online?

Click on "Access your account" link, enter the account number shown on your card envelope*, your password for the first time is your name as it shows on your card (including spaces and dots), you will be asked to change your password after the first time you log in. Once you log in, you will be able to see your limit, the outstanding balance on your card account and the last 5 transactions authorized on your card account during the current cycle.

Can I receive my statement of account via email?

Yes, click on "Access your account" link, follow the instructions mentioned in the previous question. You need to enter your email address in the designated field. You will receive automatically the statement at the specified email address.

Will I get SMS notification?

Yes, you will get an SMS notification for each transaction made on the card locally and internationally (provided you have the roaming service). Moreover, you will receive an SMS notification for the end of cycle balance due.
